Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations up until the time your order ships or begins production.
If you cancel before shipping, you will receive a full refund.
If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Return Policy
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

The item is in its original condition;

The original packaging is intact;

Proof of purchase is provided.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is initiated by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will pay all shipping costs.
